					First of all, if you’re looking for the BEST look no further. We moved from out of state and basically had to purchase a home within a 2 month period. We were STRESSED. Looking for houses in a state you don’t live in is almost impossible and on top of that this market didn’t help. Carlos was amazing and went out of his way to show us houses wherever they were and gave us ALL the details. He showed us the neighborhood and the streets leading to it, he gave a tour of the house that was detailed and looks at every nook and cranny. He never pushed us to purchase a home we didn’t like. He told us not to give up hope and even had a backup plan if we didn’t find a home in our time frame. We ended up with a home right on time with a week to spare! I cannot thank Carlos enough for all of his hard work and dedication to his clients. We are truly grateful!

He managed my rental property for 15 years and then helped me sell the property.  Through the past 15 years, there were many expensive maintenance issues that required solutions. 					Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2019 in Pembroke, Virginia beach, VA. I used Carlos to sell and purchase my recent home as well as selling and purchasing a previous home.  On the selling end he held many open houses for me and gave plenty of feedback on home visits.  On the purchasing end, He made himself very available to show me houses for several months until I found just the right home.
